Itraconazole


General
  Clinical Use: Therapeutic drug monitoring. Itraconazole is an antifungal medication. It is treated as an urgent test request.
  Availability: Samples are batched and tested twice a week.

Measure trough level after at least 7 days administration and aim for greater than or equal to 1mg/L for treatment and greater than or equal to 0.5mg/L for prophylaxis.
