Vanadium (Spot Urine)


General
  Clinical Use: Exposure to high levels of vanadium can cause harmful effects. The major effects from breathing high levels of vanadium are on the lungs, throat and eyes - lung irritation, chest pain, coughing and other effects. Vanadium is mostly used in combination with other metals to make alloys. Small amounts are used to make rubber, plastics and ceramics.
  Availability: Samples are batched and tested once a week.
