  Clinical Use: Diagnostic testing for Whipple's disease (Tropheryma whipplei infection).
Suitable specimens are EDTA blood, joint fluid/tissue, GI tract biopsies and CSF.
  Availability: Testing is performed Monday to Saturday, with results usually available within 48-72h of receipt by the testing lab.
