  Clinical Use: Used to help diagnose and monitor treatment of Neuroblastoma in children.
Urine HMMA / HVA testing is not performed on Adults.
  Availability: Samples are tested Monday-Friday.

Collection Requirements

  Minimum Collection Volume: 2mL
  Collection Instructions: Morning spot urine sample preferred. Sample must be acidified to pH <4.0 within 30 minutes of collection using a small amount of sulphamic acid.

Aliquot sample into urine tube.
  Minimum Assay Volume: 1.5mL
  Stability: 4 weeks chilled
  Transport Instructions (to testing laboratory): Send sample chilled.
