Collection Requirements

  Collection Instructions: Collect sample prior to dose as trough level.
Record date, time and dosage of last dose on request form.
For referred samples, the sending laboratory must perform a Red Cell Count (RBC2) and include this result with the paperwork prior to transport to the testing laboratory.
