Clinical Use:

Diagnostic testing for hantaviruses which will detect antibodies to Seoul, Hantaan, Puumula, Dobrava, and Sin Nombre hantaviruses. PCR testing of blood (EDTA), CSF, and respiratory specimens is also recommended for diagnosis of acute hantavirus infection. |
