Clinical Use:

Neutralising IgG autoantibodies against IFN-gamma can be seen in patients with severe intracellular infections, typically non-tuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) infections. These patients are otherwise healthy adults, without a known underlying primary immunodeficiency syndrome. |
