Clinical Use:
|
Vasculitis, this is a confirmatory assay for samples positive by the immunofluorescence assay for ANCA (anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies).
New patients are screened by testing for ANCA by immunofluorescence, and anti-MPO and anti-PR3 are added if positive. Known positive patients only require anti-PR3 for monitoring. |
