Leukocyte Adhesion


General
  Clinical Use: CD11a, CD11b, CD11c and CD18 are used as markers to assess leukocyte adhesion deficiency. Leukocyte adhesion deficiency type 1 (LAD 1) is a failure to express CD18. Patients with LAD type 1 have been found to have a history of delayed umbilical cord separation.
  Availability: Samples are tested Monday-Friday.
