Clinical Use:

Patients with statin-associated autoimmune myopathy. In addition these antibodies have been detected in patients with immune-mediated necrotic myopathy, characteristically with degenerating, necrotic and regenerating muscle fibres on muscle biopsies and high creatine kinase levels. |
