Aspergillus Galactomannan Antigen (BAL)


General
  Clinical Use: Adjunctive diagnostic testing and screening for invasive aspergillosis in immunocompromised patients. An enzyme immunoassay detects galactomannan, a soluble component of the Aspergillus cell wall.
  Availability: Samples are batched and tested twice a week.
