CD3 Count URGENT (Transplant)


General
  Clinical Use: This test is URGENT. It is performed on the peripheral blood of donors prior to apheresis for the collection of donor lymphocytes.
Also performed on patients following solid organ transplant on ATGAM (Anti T-Cell Therapy) Eg. Renal transplant
  Availability: Samples are only tested during normal working hours (Monday to Friday 0830 to 1700).
Test is not performed if the FBP lymphocyte count is <0.2x10*9/L.
Out of hours testing is by pre-arrangement only.
FSH on-call: 0800 - 1200 Sat/Sun/PHol.
QEII on-call: 0830 - 1230 Sat/Sun/PHol.
