Haematology NGS


General
  Clinical Use: Samples for haematology related NGS (Lymphoid, Myeloid and CLL) are referred to the Molecular Haematology laboratory at FSH.
Lymphoid and CLL (IGHV and TP53) related NGS are referred to the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne for testing.
Myeloid NGS is performed locally at PathWest.
  Availability: Samples are tested routinely
