Clinical Use:
|
Flecainide is a class I cardiac antiarrhythmic agent, used in the treatment of ventricular tachycardia and premature ventricular contractions when other treatments are ineffective. The antiarrhythmic effect appears to be linearly related to plasma Flecainide concentrations. The rate of drug excretion is dependent on urinary pH. |
