Collection Requirements
  Container: Serum, no gel (RED),  
  Sample Type: See container
  Minimum Collection Volume: 400uL
  Collection Instructions: PLEASE NOTE: SITES HAVE DIFFERENT CONTAINER REQUIREMENTS - PLEASE CHECK WITH RELEVANT TESTING LABORATORY BEFORE COLLECTION TO ENSURE CORRECT CONTAINER IS USED
Collect sample prior to dose as trough level.
Record date, time and dosage of last dose on request form.
If sample will not reach laboratory within 24 hours of collection, it must be centrifuged and separated from gel. Alternatively a non-gel tube should be used.
