  Minimum Collection Volume:
  Collection Instructions: Midstream urine collection is the preferred specimen type. Paediatric bag urines should be avoided where possible.
Samples requiring Red Cell Morphology testing must arrive at laboratory within 4 hours of collection or mix 5mL of sample with 5mL of Buffered Neutral Formalin.
Indicate specimen type, any specific organism investigation required and any relevant clinical history on request form.
