RNA Polymerase III Antibody


General
  Clinical Use: Antibodies to RNA polymerase III are found in approximately 10% of patients with systemic sclerosis.
Patients with systemic sclerosis and RNA polymerase III antibodies typically have diffuse cutaneous disease and these antibodies are a risk factor for scleroderma renal crisis.
