Clinical Use:

Demonstration of increased immunoglobulin on the granulocyte surface may assist in the diagnosis of auto immune granulocyte disorders. Demonstration of granuloctye antibodies in patient serum may assist in the diagnosis of transfusion reactions and neonatal alloimmune neutropenia. |
