  Minimum Collection Volume: 5mL
  Collection Instructions: If sample is for Metabolic Screen only, freeze sample as soon as possible following collection.
If sample is shared with MC+S, keep sample chilled.
Collections in cotton wool are not acceptable.


Processing Requirements
  Alternate Containers:
  Processing Instructions: Treat sample as irreplaceable and check with BGU before organising recollection.
Check with BGU before adding this test to a previously collected sample.
If requested together with MC+S, forward sample to Bacteriology first with "Specimen Tracking Form - CRAF692".
Bacteriology - Keep sample chilled and forward to BGU for testing as soon as possible.
  Minimum Assay Volume: 2mL
