Treat sample as irreplaceable and check with BGU before organising recollection.
Check with BGU before adding this test to a previously collected sample.
If requested together with MC+S, forward sample to Bacteriology first with "Specimen Tracking Form - CRAF692".
Bacteriology - Keep sample chilled and forward to BGU for testing as soon as possible. |
